In case of an emergency - Bicycle accident

Student:	An accident has happened just now. We need an ambulance.
Emergency:	Where did the accident happen?
Student:	We are in Dortmund, Gartenstadt, on the corner of Schillerstrasse - Hegelstrasse.
Emergency:	How many people are injured?
Student:	Only one, a cyclist.
Emergency:	Does he have external injuries? Does he respond?
Student:	Yes, he does. He is conscious but his back hurts very much. His knee and lower arm are bleeding but I can’t see if anything is broken. Luckily he was wearing a helmet so he didn’t injure his head.
Emergency:	Good. Try to calm him until the ambulance gets there.
Student:	Thank you!
Emergency:	All right. The ambulance will be there in five minutes.
