Trainee:	Procuro algo não muito caro, mas equipado e mobilado com o básico.	I’m looking for something that isn’t too expensive, but equipped and furnished with the essential.
University service:	Prefere alojamento individual ou partilhado? Dependendo da sua preferência existem vários tipos de alojamento disponíveis. Também seria útil saber se está cá para estudar ou trabalhar?	Do you prefer individual or shared accommodation? Depending on your preference there are various types of accommodation available. Trainee:	Estou em Portugal a fazer um estágio numa empresa. Vou ficar cá durante seis meses. Não conheço ninguém e preferia partilhar um apartamento ou alugar um quarto numa casa. Acho que seria melhor para mim e mais fácil de me adaptar.	I’m in Portugal doing a placement at a company. I’ll be here for 6 months. I don’t know anyone and would prefer to share an apartment or rent a room in a house. I think it would be better for me and easier for me to adapt.
University service:	Temos uma lista de apartamentos e quartos disponíveis de momento que lhe podem interessar.	We have a list of apartments and rooms available at the moment that might interest you.
Trainee:	Inclui os contactos?	Does it include contact numbers?
University service:	Encontrará a informação necessária como o local, as condições, o valor da renda e os contactos dos agentes imobiliários e senhorios.	You will find the necessary information, such as, the location, conditions, price of rent and contact numbers of the realtors and landlords.
Trainee:	É necessário pagar uma caução?	Is it necessary to pay a guarantee?
University service:	Sim. Paga-se uma caução no início do contrato de arrendamento. No fim, quando terminar o contrato recebe de volta o valor da caução paga caso não houver estragos ao apartamento.	Yes. A guarantee is paid at the beginning of a rental contract. At the end of the contract the guarantee is reimbursed granted that there are no damages to the apartment.
