Fiesta: It is true that Spain is famous for its many and good parties. Spanish people love parties, but just as much as people in other countries do. Moreover, in Spain, students are the ones that go out the most at night, especially those from other countries.

Pick-pocketing: Like in any other country, there are pick-pockets and group of individuals who steal in bigger cities, but this does not mean that you are not safe on the streets. Although, there are risks just as in any other country around the world.

Entertainment

Night life in Spain has a special meaning, particularly from Thursday to Sunday. You can find two types of establishments:

• Bars that open in the evenings that offer coffee and pinchos (snacks) and that close around 2:00 a.m. – 3:00 a.m.
• Pubs and night clubs that only open at night (pubs, from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. approximately, and night clubs until 7:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m.)
