• greet people by Mr/Mrs. followed by their surname if you don't know them.
• address someone by “Usted” as a sign of respect.
• always be nice and polite

• talk about private things when you have just met someone
• address people by “Tú” if you don't know them
• speak with your mouth full
• put your feet on the furniture
