Nikolay:	Добре, Кейти. Ще ви покажа апартамента. Това е спалнята. Банята е до нея и има душ и тоалетна. Това е кухнята. Както виждате, има печка и хладилник. А това е трапезарията с маса и четири стола.	Okay, Katie, let me show you around. This is the bedroom. The bathroom is next door and has a shower and toilet. This is the kitchen. As you can see it has a cooking stove and a fridge. And that’s the dining area with a table and four chairs.
Katie:	Има ли хол?	Is there a living room?
Nikolay:	Заедно е с трапезарията. Тук има диван и телевизор.	It’s together with the dining area. You have a couch and a television.
Katie:	Добре. Ще ви уведомя за решението си след няколко дни.	OK. I will let you know in a few days.
Nikolay:	Добре е да побързате. Апартаменти като този се търсят много.	You better hurry. There is great demand for this type of places.
